However, quality ingredients mean nothing without our 2 talented chefs - Mr. Kenji Tanaka and Aiko Yamamoto who turn these ingredients into delicious ramen in your bowl. With years of experience honing their craft in some of Japan's finest kitchens and a deep-rooted love for reman, both our chefs bring their creativity and knowledge to every dish they create.

"Went to this place through a friend recommendation! They have a lot of very standard menu of ramen from shoyu, shio, and miso but I highly recommend doing the add on flavors like trying out the ramen with yuzu or truffle oil to add more depth. I got shoyu with the truffle oil and it was delicious! The meat was so soft that it was practically melting in my mouth. I also got the chicken karaage which was crispy and juicy! I’m gonna have to come back and try their drinks next time cuz those also looked very good."
