Most Authentic Japanese Ramen in Portland with Homemade Broth from the original Japanese Recipe
"Went to this place through a friend recommendation! They have a lot of very standard menu of ramen from shoyu, shio, and miso but I highly recommend doing the add on flavors like trying out the ramen with yuzu or truffle oil to add more depth. I got shoyu with the truffle oil and it was delicious! The meat was so soft that it was practically melting in my mouth. I also got the chicken karaage which was crispy and juicy! I’m gonna have to come back and try their drinks next time cuz those also looked very good."

I ordered tantan and my husband ordered tonkatsu ramen The broth is smooth, rich so delicious and perfectly cooked egg and noodles.
Their homemade gyoza is also very good!!
